Milwaukee County

The mission of the Milwaukee Promise initiative is to “fund post-secondary education for graduates of Milwaukee Public Schools.” The project was the result of a 2007 Community Change Circle facilitated by Milwaukee County Cooperative Extension’s Family Living Educator regarding poverty in the County.
